The service

YTScriptPro is a writing workspace for planning, drafting and repurposing video content. It is provided “as is” and “as available” by the operator of this website, without warranties of any kind. Features that depend on an AI provider only work if the operator has configured one, and may be limited, rate-limited, changed or unavailable at any time.

There are no accounts, subscriptions or payments in this software.

AI-generated content

• Generated text can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unsuitable. The AI has no live web access. Claims may be marked [VERIFY], but unmarked claims can be wrong too.
• You are responsible for reviewing, fact-checking and editing everything before you publish it, including health, legal, financial, safety and news-related statements.
• Generated output is not professional advice and does not predict views, rankings, revenue or audience growth.
• Similar prompts can produce similar output for different people; generated text may not be unique.

Copyright and platform policies

• Only submit material you have the right to use. Don't paste others' copyrighted scripts, articles or transcripts to republish them as your own.
• You are responsible for making sure your videos, titles, descriptions and thumbnails follow YouTube's policies and the rules of any other platform you publish on — including rules on misleading metadata, sponsorship disclosure and disclosure of altered or synthetic content. Check those platforms' current policies yourself.
• Be honest with your audience. Don't use the tools to create misleading packaging, impersonate people or fabricate evidence.

Your content and storage

You keep whatever rights you have in the content you write and in your edits. Projects are stored in your own browser; you are responsible for exporting backups. The operator cannot recover projects that were deleted or cleared from your browser. See the privacy page for details.

Acceptable use

Don't use this service to:

• generate unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative or deceptive content;
• attempt to bypass rate limits, overload the server, or access the AI provider in ways not offered by the app;
• probe, scan or attack the server or any connected systems.

AI providers have their own usage policies, which also apply to requests sent through this app. The operator may restrict access to prevent abuse.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for lost data, lost profits, or decisions made based on generated content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under laws that cannot be waived.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
